1. The Reef at Terrigal on the Central Coast.
2. Lilianfels in the Blue Mountains.
3. Panorama House on the South Coast.
4. The Settlers Arms in the Hawkesbury.
5. Centennial Vineyard in the Southern Highlands.

All flights are conducted in our Bell 206 B3 Jetranger helicopter, are recorded onto DVD, include lunch, are within 30 to 40 minutes flight time from our base (at Sydney Airport) and spend around 3 hours at the location (plus flight time!).

Private Charter flights also include a Chauffeured (Mercedes S Class or BMW 7 series) pick up from your City Hotel to the Heliport. If you make your own way to the Heliport we'll give you a free DVD of your flight instead!

Departing Sydney Airport we take off to the north, flying over the Harbour & spectacular Northern Beaches we track towards Broken Bay and the Central Coast. On landing at Erina, the Reef's private transfer vehicle will be waiting for the brief drive to the restaurant at Terrigal... Seafood is the star of the show here... The menu is clever without being showy - it is innovative, whilst still maintaining accessibility and simplicity. Dishes such as the salt and pepper squid and local black mussels in Provencal sauce are excellent examples of this.

The Reef Restaurant is what everyone looks for in a venue - spectacular views, great service, sublime food and a relaxed atmosphere...

Above package includes courtesy pick up in the Reef Shuttle vehicle from the Helipad to the restaurant (& return), however if you prefer, we can arrange with Central Coast Limousines to transport your group in one of their limousines for an additional total cost of $150 return (payable directly to your driver). Departing Sydney Airport, we fly south over Cronulla, the last of the city's southern beaches. Passing The Royal National Park, the south coast region comes into view with a beautiful strip of seaside towns nestling under the forested coastal escarpment.

Climbing the escarpment, we land at Panorama House for a buffet style lunch overlooking the Pacific Ocean. On the way home we offer you the option to also overfly Sydney Airport for the Harbour so we can showcase our fantastic City to you as well... This will be a day that you'll never forget!

Flying via the Harbour and spectacular Pittwater, we track inland before landing at one of Australia's oldest pubs, The Settler's Arms Inn.

The Inn nestles alongside the Macdonald River within the tiny village of St. Albans in the heart of the Macdonald Valley.

Built by convict labour with hewn sandstone in 1836 and surrounded by mountains, the two-storey sandstone building has been largely unaltered and is full of genuine charm. Located approximately 30-minutes flight time to the north west of Sydney, St Albans is not so much a town as a fascinating historic relic... Lunch from the Settler's Arms is an excellent a la carte menu.

Landing around 40 minutes after our departure, Centennial Vineyards Restaurant offers breathtaking views of the sprawling vineyards and is an ideal setting to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the country with amazing food and fine wine.

On balmy summer days, the restaurant's French doors open onto the spacious Australian veranda to provide a unique alfresco dining experience. In winter, the cosy and rustic appeal of the restaurant is enhanced by the enormous fireplace.

Centennial Vineyards Restaurant owners, Robin and Mandy Murray, have created a wonderful dining experience which makes the most of the beautifully appointed room and stunning vineyard views. To ensure there is something on the menu for everyone, Robin's cuisine is cleverly balanced between contemporary and bistro-style. Freshly picked Cuttaway Creek raspberries and the restaurant's home grown seasonal herbs contribute to the local produce fare.

	Share with Others means just that... sharing the helicopter with other passengers. i.e. You are purchasing 2 seats on the helicopter, the remaining 2 empty seats *could be* (but not always) occupied by other passengers.
	Private Charter means that you are securing all 4 seats on the helicopter... You will not be sharing with other people that you do not know. Booking for 2 or 3 passengers on the Terrigal or South Coast flights? For a limited time we have changed our standard Private Charter policy for these flight packages. We have therefore reduced the rate according to how many passengers there are in your group as opposed to the already discounted Private Charter rate of $2100. Booking for 2 or 3 passengers on the St Albans or Blue Mtns flights? For a limited time we have changed our standard Private Charter policy for these flight packages. We have therefore reduced the rate according to how many passengers there are in your group as opposed to the already discounted Private Charter rate of $2800. Booking for 2 or 3 passengers on the Centennial Vineyard flight? For a limited time we have changed our standard Private Charter policy for these flight packages. We have therefore reduced the rate according to how many passengers there are in your group as opposed to the already discounted Private Charter rate of $3000. We'll also give you a one way transfer from the City in a Mercedes S Class/BMW 7 series chauffeured car, or if you make your own way to the Heliport, a free DVD of your flight! Note: If your booking equals 3 passengers you will automatically qualify for "Private Charter". Booking for 4 passengers will also give you "Private Charter" & qualify you for the maximum discount, as you'll have reached the maximum seating capacity for our Jetranger helicopter.
	Flight prices are based on standard passenger weights. Passengers in excess of 100kg (220lb) may effect quoted prices.
	Total Heli-tour durations start & finish at Sydney Airport (i.e Flight time plus time on the ground equals around 4 to 5 hours).
	CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE: Actual sights, routes, departure time & flight duration may vary due to weather, operational considerations, air traffic control or pilot discretion. Cancellation (by passengers) within 48 hours of flight time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation (by passengers) within 24 hours of flight time (or a no-show) will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No fees are payable if Blue Sky Helicopters cancels flight due to weather or other operational contingency.
	All prices are in Australian dollars, are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services tax) and are current until 31st March 2009. All flights are conducted in a Jet turbine helicopter.
